Refund Policy

Refunds
Refunds will not be given on DVD, VHS, or CD Products. In the unlikely event of a defective item, a replacement of the same item will be exchanged for the defective product.

Cancellations
Product orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day from the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you must call 1-708-544-2082 ext 211. A return authorization label will be sent to you and the product must be returned within 5-7 business days. Your credit card will be credited for the items purchased plus any applicable taxes. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for the same item.

Conference Registration Policy
Up to two weeks prior 100% refund
Up to one week prior 50% refund
No refunds will be given after one week prior to the annual conference.

**Safety Store Online reserves the right to cancel any orders it deems suspect or fraudulent. Please ensure that the billing information you provide for your purchases matches the billing information for the credit card being used.
